These terms apply when you visit or use Loline Mag at lolinemag.com, including its articles, digital magazine, events, podcasts, account features and newsletter (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the Service.
Using Loline Mag
You may read and use the Service for personal, lawful purposes. Please use it respectfully. You must not disrupt the Service, try to access accounts or systems without permission, introduce malicious code, or use the Service in a way that violates another person's rights or the law.
Accounts
Some features, such as commenting, clapping, personalized recommendations and reading the full digital magazine, require an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Comments and other contributions
You are responsible for content you submit, including comments. Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not post unlawful, threatening, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, or privacy-invading material, or spam. Comments may be visible to other visitors and may appear with your account name.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Loline Mag permission to host, display, reproduce and make that content available as part of operating and promoting the Service. This permission is non-exclusive and ends when the content is removed, except where copies remain in routine backups or are retained as required by law. We may hide or remove contributions that violate these terms or harm the Service or its readers.
Our content and intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, Loline Mag and its contributors retain rights in the articles, magazine issues, images, design, branding and other material on the Service. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, modify or distribute our material without permission from the rights holder, except where the law allows it. Content credited to third parties may belong to them.
Newsletter
Newsletter subscription is optional. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter email. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not delete your Loline Mag account; account deletion is explained in our Privacy and cookies policy.
Third-party services and links
The Service may include content hosted by, or links to, other services. Those services are operated by others and their own terms and privacy notices apply. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or availability.
Information and availability
We work to keep the Service useful and available, but features and content may change, be interrupted or be unavailable. Articles and other material are provided for general information and aren't professional advice. We work to keep information accurate, but make no promise that every item is complete or current.
Suspension or closure
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably needed to protect the Service, its readers or our rights, or to address a breach of these terms. You can stop using the Service at any time. To request account deletion, follow the instructions in our Privacy and cookies policy.

To the extent permitted by law, Loline Mag is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects rights you have under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes or for legal or operational reasons. We will post the updated version here and change the date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
