The government continues to find means to increase its revenue. Recently, it reported collecting record amounts of revenue. But this comes in the wake of complaints from ordinary citizens who feel burdened by taxes. In our feature article for this edition, we ask whether the government should unban the betting industry, if only to obtain a new means of revenue without taxing incomes.
